Do you give refunds?
Yes, we accept returns on all full priced items returned to eboutique within 21 days of receipt. Your original payment method will be refunded. Please note sass & bide do not refund any taxes & duties paid by the customer.
We do not refund the original shipping charges unless deemed faulty.  

Can i return a SALE item?
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been confirmed, you delivery details cannot be changed.

How much is delivery & how long does it take?
All orders are shipped using DHL Express at a cost of USD $30.00 per order. All orders over USD $500.00 receive free delivery. Delivery is approximately 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped within 24-48 hours.  Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and sass & bide will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 

Orders are subject to availability.

Do you ship Internationally?
