EBOUTIQUE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:

the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
the goods are returned within 21 working days of purchase date; and
the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

are faulty (unless caused by you);
have been wrongly described by sass & bide;
is a different to the goods that you ordered;

All returns and exchanges must be returned to sass & bide eboutique within 21 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. 

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are deemed faulty if they have been damaged in transit, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear & tear are not considered to be faulty. 

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like an exchange of your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. a full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. 

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
 

EBOUTIQUE RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping must be by a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Sass & bide take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Sass & bide will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

LIMITATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our boutiques or myer concessions and vice versa. The following items are non refundable for other items: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewellery, accessories or sale items unless deemed faulty.

AMEX

Please note all transactions made using American Express credit cards will be processed in Australian dollars. Any gains or losses when refunding American Express purchases dependant on current exchange rates is not the responsibility of sass and bide.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR EBOUTIQUE ORDER

If you would like to return your order, please notify us by email at eboutique@sassandbide.com to request a returns authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. 

Please enclose your original invoice and fill out the returns form sent with your original order and send to the below address with the returned item/s:
