All orders are shipped using DHL Express. This is a registered post service whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner via http://www.dhl.co.us/en/express/tracking.html
Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.
Please note all orders are sent on a DTP basis into the US. Any state sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse a shipment from sass & bide you must pay for the original shipping charges, any import & duty fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to sass & bide. This amount will be deducted from your refund

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped within 24-48 hours.
Shipping time to USA is 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and sass & bide will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
