Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or online credit note.
Items returned within seven working days of purchase date will be exchanged for another items chosen by the customer or exchanged for an online credit note to use within six months.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.

If an incorrect item has been shipped, sass & bide will waive exchanged item shipping charges.
How to return/ exchange:
A returns form is included in every shipped item.
Please fill out these forms and indicate if you would prefer an exchange for another item or an online credit note for later use.
All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached A copy of the original invoice and returns form should also included.
The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.
Please send your item to us including the returns form using a prepaid & traceable methods to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Reduced or sale items
These items are not exchangeable for other items or an online credit note: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewelry, accessories or clearance items. |
