We first encountered Grace while hearing her talk at a recent Make-A-Wish© Australia event where her super-human ability to captivate (and command) the room left us in complete awe.
Grace received her wish back in 2006 when she was battling acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Over a decade on from having her wish granted, Grace is a bubbly 19 year old who takes time from her studies to raise awareness on the importance of the work of Make-A-Wish©. "A wish is everything to a child going through a difficult time, and truly does bring magic to seriously ill children."
When she isn’t speaking about her wish experience or raising cancer awareness, Grace is studying at university and pursuing her dream of working in the media. In her downtime, Grace enjoys fashion, beauty and the thought of travelling and hopes to visit France.
Grace wears the 2018 Supernova Necklace, available at sass & bide Boutiques, Myer Concessions and Online at sassandbide.com
Make-A-Wish© Australia was founded in 1985, celebrating over 30 years of transforming the lives of children battling life-threatening medical conditions through the healing power of a wish. Over 8,000 wishes have been granted to children from all around Australia.
